 what is safe mode I will give you an idea and every normal person that what is safe mode You run your windows computer You install diffferent softwares, different antivirus in that different video editor, different video player vlc media player, photoscape, photoshop sound recorder, sound forge, vegas pro, wondershare filmora I mean different type of softwares Some Software infect your computer that they corrupt and damage your computer Like some software went corrupt Like some software is creating some problem eg. some software has spyware then these software can't be removed means when you gonna to uninstall them then they don't they hide under rootkit or something like that they create lot of problems for this windows gave us feature not even windows, but also mac(named safe boot in mac) so at majority there is safe mode concept is same although

What is safe mode

Name can differ I repeat concept is same Safe mode of any OS is that mode of system where that OS has minimum I mean minimum resources are required to ON(boot) it for example if you computer has graphics card or there is an antivirus running on your computer or there is an external sound card or many others attached to your system then during safe mode they will not be active. During safe mode only those things will be ON which is required by basic computer to run Basic computer does not need
